Music is one of Andy's deepest passions, and he believes it was key in helping him heal from cancer. Cancer, in fact, helped him realize how important music is to him, and in 2018 he released his first album, Meaning To Tell You, available below.
Andy Nelson Music Website
Andy has been a musician most of his life. When we moved to our current home in 2003, he dedicated a place in the basement to become his in-home recording studio. Over the years he has helped other musicians record for their own albums. In the most recent years, he began working on his own album. In October 2016, when Andy diagnosed with stage four metastatic colon cancer, he began treatment at Mayo Clinic. During the course of treatment, Andy said -- and fully embraced -- "Cancer turns your whys into why-nots" and he decided to finish recording his album and get it released into the world. Visit his music website, AndyNelsonMusic.com, to learn more about his music and how putting it out into the world become one of the gifts of cancer.
